In this new range we have introduced some old favourites such as chocolate éclairs, raspberry almond flans and some eclectic selections such as salted caramel chocolate tarts and sambucca and caramel roulade. With our loyal customers in mind, we have retained our“hall of fame” items that you just won’t let us delete! Chocolate dianne, mudcake and sticky date puds, flourless chocolate cake and of course our famous carrot cake with its’ luxurious cheese icing. We endeavour to produce consistently the best possible product for you considering that every item is hand formed, baked and hand decorated. Daily we use 80kg of pastry, make 500 - 1000 tarts, and use 150 dozen eggs that are cracked and separated by hand. We use approximately 500kg of butter, 200kg of cream cheese, 500kg of chocolate and 300 litres of cream per week.
